It's made with rapeseed oil. If you don't know the damage that is being done to your brain with rapeseed oil then you need to wake up...this is not Canola oil, this is rapeseed oil, an oil made/used specifically to lubricate steam engine pistons and later banned (outside the UK). If this doesn't bother you, then crack on...
For Garlic Lovers
Unlike almost all other garlic oil alternatives, the garlic flavour leaps out of the bottle throwing punches. Yes its expensive and the damn thing seems to drip so you end up with oily cupboards, hands and worktops, but if you like seriously like your garlic then theres little else to compete.

I have been buying this for a while. Its a brilliant ingredient to add to a pasta sauce, homemade croutons or basically anything that you dont have time to cook and chop up a garlic bulb for. It also taste so much fresher/better/garlicky than the other garlic oils on the market which I can find taste a bit false. Thoroughly recommend!

Insanely flavorful!
When they say garlic they mean garlic! Even just a drop has the strongest garlic flavor. Great for baking, no need to faf around chopping garlic just use this. It’s packed with flavor guys, use with caution!
