Cooking Instructions - General. Delicious served either hot or cold.
Caution: When removing from microwave, hot steam may escape.; Hob - From Ambient. Squeeze pouch to separate grains. Boil 30ml (about 2 tbsp) of water. Add the grains, cover and simmer for 3 mins, stirring occasionally.; Microwave - From Ambient. Squeeze pouch to separate grains. Tear open the top corner slightly (about 2 cm). Heat for 2 mins in a 700W microwave or 90 sec in a 900W.

What a find!!
I've heard people rave about gym kitchen's piri piri chilled meals, but as I'm veggie I can't have it, so I'm really glad that they have these plant-based pouches. The piri piri seasoning is so good, and the grains pair really well with most of my meals.
