Here is a great way to use our pulled pork to make some jolly good sliders
Step 1 - Fry your Proper Porky Patty and cook your Jolly Pulled Pork.
Step 2 - In a bowl add together red cabbage, gherkins and shredded lettuce.
Step 3 - Place the patty in your slider bun and stack the rest of your toppings.
Step 4 - Sprinkle with some chopped spring onions or add chutney tomato and chilli for a real kick.
Step 5 - Boom. You're ready to enjoy some Jolly good sliders!

Disclaimer: Check the pouch seal to see if it's broken. If it is, don't use the product at all.
1 Let's chef it up!
Pre-heat your oven to fan 180°C/ 200°C. Empty the contents of the pouch into a deep baking tray.
2 Get it in the oven
Put the pork in the oven. After 15 minutes, carefully remove, turn the pork over and baste. Return to the oven and continue cooking for a further 10 minutes.
3 Nearly there...
Remove from the oven and gently shred the meat using two forks and mix evenly. Savour and enjoy!

Serves two? More like serves one child
Can't believe this is priced £6 for the amount you get, defined check the weight before you decide to buy this for two adults! Absolutely shockingly small amount, my partner couldn't get over it.
Not only the packaging changed
We used to love this, my previous review was 5 stars but I had to delete it since the packaging change. It no longer comes with a foil tray, which really isn't an issue, but the sauce and meat now come together in one bag, so you can't drain the juices and the end result is much wetter. No good for sandwiches anymore. The meat is now tough, it used to fall apart, now it doesn't even shred. The sauce has also changed and is not as nice, tastes like a cheap sugary bottled BBQ sauce. Sadly I wont be buying this again.

Another product ruined
So sad that the recipe and cooking instructions have changed for this as it was a family fave but the new recipe is awful. A sloppy mess that just didnt taste any thing like it used to. Wont buy again.
changed, but not for the better
There is no longer a tray to cook in which is fine, but portion size looks smaller too. There is no longer a separate bbq sauce to add later, the replacement is already in the bag with the pork and is very runny. Such a shame.
Used to be nice
This has changed recently. You no longer get the foil tray or the thick barbeque sauce in a packet which you add yourself, it already been added, thin consistency and doesn't taste as nice.
