Preparation and Usage
1. Heat 1 tbsp oil and 1 tbsp butter and fry 1 small, chopped onion. Add in and cook 2 chopped garlic cloves
2. Blend 1 large tomato and 20g cashews (ideally soaked), add to the pan and cook, stirring often, until thick
3. Add 200g chicken, seafood, meat or veg and 3 tbsp butter chicken paste. Cook for 1 min
4. Add 125ml water and 1-2 tbsp double cream. Simmer until cooked
Not suitable for microwave use.

Mixed with honey and garlic pate to make a great marinade for chicken. And fried with onion, fresh tomato and mustard seeds for a great side dish.

Very good.
I marinaded a kilo of boneless chicken thighs cut up in this pack of paste. Two large sliced onions, and some peeled and chopped fresh tomatoes. Cooked together it was superb and I will purchase again. It has a mild flavour with subtle spices. I would definitely recommend to those who like a delicate ,not too hot curry.
Butter chicken paste
I actually really like this product, it gave me an incredibly authentic tasting curry. But I also used fresh cherry tomatoes instead of tinned, buying a few more packs of it because it definitely made my home-made curry much better than usual.
worst curry sauce ever
This paste completely ruined our meal last night that it had to be thrown away! It was beyond awful.
