Recipes
1. Fry 1 small, chopped onion in 1 tbsp oil
2. Blend 80g Greek yoghurt and 25g cashews (ideally soaked). Add to pan and cook, stirring, until reduced
3. Add 200g chicken, meat or veg along with 3 tbsp Korma paste. Cook for 1-2 mins
4. Add 125ml coconut milk and a splash of water. Simmer until cooked through

Bland bland bland!
I was excited to try this paste following its high reviews and was left incredibly disappointed at the bland and stodgy dish that following the instructions led to. We even tried adding additional paste resulting in no enhancement in the flavour. Avoid!
Not a korma
This is a very mild tasting curry dish, but definitely not a korma as youd expect it. Made exactly to instructions, it tasted a bit sourand looked a very pale yellow, which was not very appetising. We ate it, and it was ok-ish, but I will not buy this again.
Tastes just like a curry house curry
Lovely flavour. Cooked it with a block of creamed coconut and some water. Doesnt have the vinegary taste that most pastes have.
finally a delicious home made korma
Absolutely delicious. Preferred the bigger 200g packs though. I keep it in the freezer between uses.
Delicious
This makes a delicious, creamy korma. Although it's a small sachet, it's enough to feed a large family. Only a few ingredients needed to be added to make a meal. A really great, tasty product.
