Sauce Facts
Peppercorns were once known as "black gold" and were used by traders instead of money. It is still a prized spice and nowhere more so than on India's Malabar Coast.
Perhaps some of the most famous pepper-inspired dishes come from the Chettinads, an old castle of traders from Tamil Nadu and this Southern Pepper Curry is inspired by their spicy flavours.
It is fantastic with all meats as well as seafood. Vegetarians can try it with mushrooms, eggplant and hearty beans.

Bland, lacks flavour and taste
Cooked with chicken mince. Sauce lacks flavour. There are better Spice Tailor sauces for chicken, like Keralan Coconut Curry, Mangalore Roasted Coconut, Fiery Goan Curry etc. One thing to note, is that the sauce says to add 250g of meat or veg. This is impractical. Many people will be cooking more quantity than that.
Easy healthy spicy meal kit
Other half isnt as keen on spice as me, this bridged the gap both enjoyed it. Working my way thru the range.
dreadful
Worst ready made curry sauce ever bought. Find all of her products the same. Surprised she is still in business
Bland
Compared to the other Spice Tailor curries this was completely lacking in flavour or punch. I don't doubt I could pepe it up but as a quick week night curry it's sadly lacking.
My favourite spice tailor curry
I prefer this to the punjabi tomato curry which seems to have s strange chemically taste. This has a nice amount of spice and goes well with different vegetables and meats
Great
Cooked with potatoes and extra water until potatoes were soft then added basa fillets for 10 minutes. Great curry
