Brand
A cuisine is a complex tapestry of people, geography and history. Early travellers indelibly influenced Far Eastern food with their introduction of spices, chillies and curries. New dishes were created and old ones evolved to give us a whole new spectrum of delicious spiced favourites.
At The Spice Tailor, we have been on our own journey down these old spice routes to explore these delicious cuisines. Our old mandate that all our food must taste authentic and be cooked in the same way they are at home still holds. We are really proud to introduce you to our new range of authentic curries!

Meeeh
It is alright but nowhere near as the restaurant or takeaway or what you can make it yourself.
Average
If youve had the massaman from G Squid you will be disappointed.
No taste
Found this rather bland and tasteless with no real flavour. Shame I had high hopes and really fancied massaman curry
Nice
Not overly hot but a bit salty so added a splash more coconut milk. Marinaded chicken in the paste before cooking. Added peppers and sautéd butternut squash. Served with jasmine rice. All 3 of us loved it
Good, could do with a bit more chilli
I love the Spice Tailor kits. Easy to prepare, delicious, and they look and taste homemade. I slow cooked this one with braising steak, adding potatoes about 30 minutes before the end, and a sprinkling of crushed toasted peanuts before serving. The peanuts were actually the strongest flavour, and the sauce itself would have benefited from more chilli heat.
bring back blue dragon pot!
Sadly a murky flavour replacement for the single blue dragon pots no longer stocked (both vegetarian and nut free which is hard to find). I liked I could omit the cassia bark (allergy) and add in real cinnamon bark as it was packed separately. The coconut milk in the pack wasnt great though so we tried it with our own usual brand and it was better.
