Our Thai red curry is made with flavourful and spicy red chillies, Thai aromatics and simple spices, all held in perfect balance with creamy coconut milk. It is deliciously moreish and a real crowd pleaser.

Preparation and Usage
Three Simple Steps
Sometimes the coconut sauce separates, do not let this worry you!
1. Heat 1 tsp of oil in a pan for 20 seconds (take care not to overheat). reserving the kaffir lime leaves lightly fry the remaining spices (use the chilli from spice pouch for extra heat)
2. Add your fresh ingredients and stir fry for 3-4 minutes, add the paste and cook for another minute
3. Stir in the coconut sauce, kaffir lime leaves and 1 tbsp of water and simmer for 3-4 minutes or until the meat or veg is cooked to your liking

Liked this one
Added dash of soy sauce and some lime juice and a little more coconut milk that I had left over. Didn't use the chilli so it was mild but that suited the family

Flavour is not quite right
The concept is a good one however the flavours are not what you'd expect. If you do decide to buy this I recommend adding 1/2 lime (or lemon) juice, tsp sweetener and 2tsp of fish sauce. This is what made our dish taste 10x better.

Great taste and easy to make
We buy this curry regularly and it always tastes great. Its super easy to make, perfect for a quick dinner with some vegetables and prawns. It is spicy but not too much.

As bad as they say
This was so bad I feel compelled to write a review! Should have taken notice of other reviews! This sauce was not aromatic or flavoursome at all and had an odd grey colour. Avoid.

Bland compared to others available
I normally buy another brand but thought I would give this a try as its on offer. Did not pack a punch at all with flavours even after adding all the herbs and chilli.
