leaks really badly
I bought this for my golfer husband, sadly even on closed it leeks really badly he cannot take it with him. Design flaw I am afraid

Okay I admit its expensive but its worth it, it doesnt spill and it keeps my coffee nice and hot just like I like it and it lasts longer, I would definitely recommend

Used this for a few months now and it does exactly what I wanted it to do. Built like a tank, keeps drinks hot for ages and doesn't spill in my bag when I'm out and about. I was frustrated at the lack of spill-proof tumblers in local supermarkets so I'm glad Ocado had this, it's just what I was looking for! I expect to use it for years to come so the cost doesn't bother me. It has a nice satisfying click when you flick it open. I mainly drink green tea in mine so cleaning isn't much of an issue, a good rinse keeps it clean enough. There are videos online that can show you how to take it apart for proper cleaning of the lid's parts which you'll need to do if you have milk in your beverage. When cleaning make sure you put the top in the Open position before you start twisting the bits and bobs and they come off and go back on pretty easy. When filling it, don't overfill above the line and keep it on Open when you screw the lid on then set it to Closed to seal it properly. Perhaps a simpler lid would be better but it does an excellent job keeping it tightly sealed; it's perfect for me and is exactly what I want in a tumbler!
Very difficult to clean and much too expensive
Cleaning the inside of the top is extremely fiddly. You then discover online there are many videos of people struggling to put the top back together.
