Product information

Natureo is the fruit of much research, placing us at the forefront of high-quality de-alcoholised red in 2008. Made from Garnacha and Syrah, the wine is fermented and barrel aged in French oak. Then the alcohol is carefully removed, thus preserving its full aroma and flavour.
A perfect match with pasta dishes and roasts.

History

Regional Information
Catalonia is a region in the North East of Spain, with Barcelona as its capital city. It is one of the oldest winemaking regions in the whole of Europe - dating back to the time of the Phoenicians. The soil type is mainly limestone, which is perfect for viticulture.

So glad you are stocking this

My husband, who has had to give up alcohol, much prefers this to any other brand of 0% red. Please try to keep it in stock! The first two times we ordered we were given substitutions for half of the bottles, and after looking at the reviews of the substitutions ('vinegar', 'Ribena', 'over-priced') we refused them. It does seem silly to try to give substitutions for wine, which is a very personal choice, not like milk or eggs.

Alcohol Free

So, I didnt look at the label when I ordered this, just the product name. Slightly disappointed to come home after a long day and find its an alchohol free wine. I tried it anyway, and it tastes like very sweet fruit juice. Quite a waste of £6 for me.

Needs to breathe!

We didn’t like this when we opened it but left it to breathe and tried it again the next day and we felt it had dramatically improved for being allowed to breathe.

urgh!!

As a previous reviewer, ordered by mistake. What a waste of £6. Overly sweet fruit juice. Took two sips, couldn't take any more. I'm all for reducing my alcohol (although ordered thinking it was alcoholic) but if this is the standard, I'd rather spend the money on three bottles of dilutable juice. This'll probably do for cooking

Ribena is cheaper

Ordered by accident as it was listed with all the alcoholic red wines with nothing on the naming to indicate alcohol free. Gave it a whirl and sadly found that it is just like drinking Ribena. Awful.

One of the better non alcoholic wines

Lets be honest, youre going to be disappointed if you think this will taste like wine. Its a pleasant tasting grape juice, nothing more.
