This used to be my favourite tea ...

sadly the lovely flavour has gone. I won't be buying it again. Such a shame.

What a shame...

I have bought this tea for years it's the only tea I would drink. However, since the change of box size the tea has gone down hill dramatically. it used to have a lovely light citrus flavour, but this has gone and it has a slightly bitter taste. It's so disappointing I need to find an alternative.

What have Twinings done to this tea?!

I’ve been a Twining tea customer for 30 years but the tea bags that they are selling now are appalling. There’s more dust than tea, which is evident in the bottom of the cup when poured. The Lady Grey tea, which used to have a lovely, fresh citrus flavour, lacks any definition and leaves a bitter aftertaste. Shame on you Twinings for ruining a great classic.

Where has the taste gone?

Weve bought these tea bags for years and loved the orangey bergamot flavour first thing in the morning. This new version is beyond disappointing as there is none of the fragrant nuance of the original product. Why do manufacturers insist on changing tried and tested products? I wont be buying again, the Lady May Earl Grey is a better option. At least it has a taste.
