Our diced chorizo is made using selected slices of Iberian chorizo. The lean meat from Iberian pigs is mixed with a blend of spices including Pimenton de la Vera, which gives this product its rich red colour and smoky flavour.

very gristly and tough
Flavour was ok but they were all hard, chewy and tough. Both packs. Absolutely awful Im afraid

shame about the carcinogenic nitrates
Love that its free range, but uses nitrates unlike other iberico chorizo

Fabulous
Added this to homemade cauliflower & potato soup. The smokiness added a lovely flavour which was so nice I am going to have to make the soup again!
