Tastes delicious
...and those claiming there's too much fat don't know what pancetta is about and have succumbed to the anesthetised versions generally sold in the UK.

All fat
Had to pick through the whole pack to find any meat. I would say at least 80% pure white fat

Not nice
This pancetta is tasteless and there is too much fat. Used it for pasta Carbonara, it was very disappointing.

Delicious and convenient
Really handy little packs of pancetta that we add to a variety or dishes. Full of flavour but slightly too much fat in some packs.

You can taste the fact that there are less additives in here.. they do go smaller but they taste better... thank you
