Having watched the Zoe videos I wanted to try some of these healthy foods. I tried Kimchi the week before and it was too hot for me but this sauerkraut is absolutely delicious. I had it on Jasons sourdough, with smashed avocado, and some pea shoots. Delicious and super healthy. Whats not to love!

Finally a Sauerkraut that I can tolerate and enjoy

I usually can't stomach the taste of sauerkraut, but this one is absolutely delicious. I actually look forward to eating it with my vegetables for dinner.
