Decent Loaf

Fresh and lasts ages kept in the fridge. Good bread. The other one with 21 seeds is also tasty and nutritious.

Really good bread

We tried this loaf as we are big fans of the protein bagels. We were equally impressed with this bread, both in flavour and texture. It toasts well too. We would love to have a smaller sized loaf (ie 400g) as we found a two slice sandwich was a bit too much for one serving.

High protein very fillng

We have been ordering this bread for many weeks now. Lovely as toast or fresh sandwich, we enjoy the texture lots of fibre and 8g of protein each slice! Very fillng, so we usually just have one per serving.

Healthy bread

Full of nutrients, packed with so many seeds, yet subtle when chewing, as you dont feel the seeds too much. High fibre contents which is good for me. Taste very good with a jam Very happy.

For me personally, the issue is texture

I love grain and seed rich breads, but I have issues with texture sometimes. The bread itself can be quite chewy, like a less dialled down chewiness of that of keto bread (if you've ever tried Hey-Lol Keto Bread you'll have some reference for what I mean). I'm not big on the chewiness of the bread and some of the grains/seeds can actually be quite hard, not a nice satisfying dense crunch you can get with other breads. The taste is also a bit bland. I don't hate it, I just wouldn't get it again. I had it toasted, the butter sat quite nicely.
