The Best!
These are smooth and rich without any unpleasant bitterness. Not too sweet either. The drops make it too convenient to snack on!

I may have tried just about every variety of chocolate on the market and Willie's Venezuelan is the best. It is so rich and luxurious on the tastebuds, earthy, nutty with a hint of coffee and not remotely bitter for dark chocolate. As much as I love all kinds of chocolate, from the teeth meltingly sweet white or caramelised blonde, to all milk varieties from dairy milk to luxury Belgian, nothing compares to this. I keep a drum of this with me so whenever I need an energy or emotional boost I pop a drop in and just feel instantly better.

Really delicious chocolate, shows that emulsifiers aren't needed for smooth tasting chocolate. Love the flavour, it's distinctive and strong, but still surprisingly easy to eat too many...
