Jewelled with pistachios, cashews and dates, this softly floral Rio Maranon cacao has no need for added sugar. All the sweetness comes naturally from the fruit and nuts.

I make all my chocolate from 'bean to bar' in small batches from the best single estate cacaos in the world. To preserve the precious flavour notes this rare bean from the remote Maranon canon in Perun, I conche it for a huge 21 days.

My mistake 100% cocoa

Think I thought the natural sweeteners would transform this. My mistake. Not my thing. But maybe some people would like this

too bitter

Not for me, the 100% chocolate is just too bitter and doesn't melt in the mouth. Love some of the other varieties though.

The truffles are yummy. Lovely chocolatey taste, good ingredients.

bitter choc delight

I thought this was comically small when it arrived however upon tasting its more than enough and lasts ages. The dark chocolate is bitter and there is almost no sweetness to this bar other than a slight hint from the dates. I love this but as others have stated if you like sweet treats this is not the one for you!

Very bitter

Even with the dates, this unsweetened choc is very bitter. Too strong for me.
