History
With true family heritage at every turn, [yellow tail] was created by and still owned by the sixth generation of the Casella family, who have a family philosophy "to make great tasting, consistent wine that everyone can enjoy”. Indeed, our [yellow tail] wine is still lovingly made at their family home town in South East Australia, where the Casella's old family home continues to stand proudly in the heart of the modern winery.

perfect
I love this wine it's smooth, tasty and moreish. Some are saying its too sweet, I don't think it is as I'm not keen on sweet wine. This is delicious.

Great Mixology Wine
We struggle to find drinkable red wines. No sooner have we found one we like, either Ocado stops selling it or the year changes and so does the taste. That is where Jammy Red Roo comes in. It is smooth and a bit sweet on its own but we keep it in the cupboard to mix with our undrinkable trials and errors to save many a bottle going straight down the sink.
