Pasteurised

I was intrigued to see a review stating this yoghurt is unpasteurised so I wanted to check with the source (Yeo Valley) whom confirmed that all of their products are made from pasteurised milk. So this yoghurt is dead milk as such with probiotics added back in after the heating process to make it shelf stable. Its nice enough but be aware it may still cause inflammation in the body due to the pasteurisation process.

Good kefir and much more convenient to have in this size when you eat as much of it as we do in our house

Best option here for Kefir

Only non pasteurised Kefir here. The culture time could be longer but you are at least sure to get all the benefits

Good but not as thick as Biotful

There is nothing wrong with this kefir. I just prefer the biotful one as it's much thicker.

best shop brought kefir

Good old faithful, amazing kefir wish it was a bit more sour. great company also i buy 80% of my dairy products from this company

Great

Decided to switch from yoghurt just to up the health benefits. Not as thick as my natural yoghurt, but not too runny. Top with a bit of granola and blueberrries, love it.
