amazing!
cat was beside himself when the shopping was delivered ..had to 'kill' the sealed ocado bag that contained the toy and lots of other not cat related.items...it was very funny! he.sleeps hugging it and its beyond endearing.. its got a bit soggy now but has withstood his 3yo 'active' teeth. the catmint smell is really strong..occasionally i pop it in the garden for a bit of an air, then give it a squish to re-shape and he continues to adore it!
Split too easily
After 3 weeks both ends had split and the catnip was falling out. Binned.
Kitty cats love it
I bought this for my mum's cat, however on delivery my cats sought out the bag to get at the rainbow and it ended up staying with us! Had to order a separate one and keep it out of reach!
Effective!
Our cats love the rainbow and banana more than any other catnip product. They eventually get a little sad and sodden, but stand up to sharp teeth very well and make our cats very happy indeed!
Drives Cats (and Foxes) Crazy
My feline housemate isn't particularly bothered about catnip but even she loves her rainbow. I've bought several of them now as Christmas gifts for friends cats and to replace slobber-sodden and shredded ones and one that was pinched by a fox cub. I've found them to be very sturdy considering that cats are insanely cute masters of destruction, they stand up to the onslaught of teeth and claws much better than other toys and the catnip is highly potent stuff. The only possible downside is that it's quite pricey, although she is well worth the expense.
Best catnip toy
My current cat loves this, as did my previous cat. There was a very used one in the kitchen which was last seen being carried away in triumph by a young cat who sneaked into the house when the back door was open!
