Preparation and Usage
Cupcakes
160ml (2/3 cup) water
60g (4 tbsp) margarine (dairy free)
2 eggs or YesYouCan Vegan Egg Replacer
1 x 12 cupcake tray
Icing
50g (3 1/3 tbsp) margarine (dairy free)
Cooking Instructions:
Vanilla Cupcake
1 Preheat oven to 160°C (fan forced) or 180°C (conventional oven).
2 Spray the tray with vegetable oil (if you have patty cases, place them in the tray).
3 Add eggs, margarine (softened) and water to a mixing bowl then add the vanilla cupcake mix.
4 Using an electric mixer, mix on slow speed for 1 minute. Scrape down sides of bowl.
5 Mix on medium speed for 1 minute.
6 Pour batter evenly into tray and bake for approx. 20 - 25 minutes*.
Cupcakes are baked if they bounce back when gently pressed at the peak.
7 Remove cupcakes from oven and place them onto wire rack to cool.

Frosting and Sprinkles
1 Cream the 50g margarine (softened) in a small bowl using an electric mixer (on med-high speed) for 2 minutes until it is smooth and fluffy.
2 Reduce to slow speed and slowly add the frosting mix. Scrape sides of the bowl.
3 Using a knife or piping bag spread frosting evenly on the cupcakes.
4 Place sprinkles on cupcakes for decoration.

Pre-heat

Amazing gluten free cakes!
So impressed by these, we didnt need them to be dairy free so made with butter. So tasty, fluffy light sponge, not at all dense or dry. Perfect for my 6 year olds birthday cakes and loved by the grown-ups too! Buying more mix while its on offer!

This has to be one of the best gluten-free cupcake mixes I've ever had - my friend who is also gluten-free was raving about how gorgeous they were and I was really blown away by it too.
Great tasting cupcakes
Would have scored these five star, but there just isn't enough icing included - I managed to ice four of the twelve and even on those i achieved about half the amount of icing the illustration on the box shows. And let's face it, the icing is the best bit of a cupcake X)
Awful taste
Ive only posted positive reviews before , but not for this product it was just awful. I made theses for a friends birthday who has celiacs . The texture was ok for GF but the soapy chemical taste was awful no one finished them so disappointed . I bake a lot from scratch and box mixes and everything from Ocado is great ,, but not these.
amazing gluten free product
Amazing alternative- I baked these for my children and nephews, and all the adults had one too. No one could tell they were gluten free. Provided you beat the mix properly as directed, the result is a delicious fluffy cake.
