3 Simple steps to Korean street-food heaven...
1. Stir-fry meat/seafood/ tofu for 2 mins, add your veg and fry until cooked through.
2. Add the sauce, stir until cooked thoroughly.

This recipe is extremely close to our hearts; passed down to me by my grandmother, who fed Bulgogi, as it is known locally, to hundreds of hungry customers in her galbi house restaurant on the East coast. Made using only the finest natural soy sauce, we love to serve with beef and veggies, but it works with any protein and is a firm family favourite!
