Decent
I wash this noodle before cooking so that it remove certain smell of the Konjac. It’s ideal for me to eat this to make ramen or Japanese noodle.
perfect
Loved the texture of these noodles, they absorbed the sauce very well. Completely fooled my teenage son, he thought they were weird udon!
Decent
I have to cut carbs for a while so got these. I copied one of the other reviews and rinsed well then put in a dry pan for like 2 mins before adding to ny broth. its not proper noodles but honestly it was perfectly fine and I would buy again
boil in hot water for 1-2 mins before use
Or draining in hot water from the tap is also okay. Shirataki noodles are more suitable for use by removing konjac's astringent taste and smell.
in water
Didnt realise they came in water so the weight / amount of noodles you get arent worth it for the price
Very fishy... bad texture
As soon as I opened the bag the smell was awful. The water they are in smells like old fish. After washing there was still a bit of a lingering smell, used in a stir fry and the texture was rubbery. I have had shirataki noodles before they were not like this at all...
