Udon Noodles
Used these for Korean beef noodles. Was delicious. Just added them to the slow cooker into sauce for about 5-6mins at the end. Nice texture

Mushy udon
Japanese udon is supposed to be chewy no matter how long you cook. This one the texture is mushy.
