Quality and ethics are part of the brand's essence. Katherine started the business after her mum was diagnosed with a serious illness. She understood the importance of antitoxidants in our diets and knew that green tea has high levels. This led her to discover matcha which, due to its unique cultivation process, has extraordinary levels. Katherine and her mum started drinking it and felt great. They continue to drink matcha every day.
