Preparation and Usage
Use cold in salads, heat through in their liquid or brown them quickly on the BBQ for stunning results. Add to seafood rice dishes and paellas. Brush with olive oil and grill over a very high heat until nicely charred. Serve with chilled Manzanilla sherry. 2 tentacles per pack.
I get this all the time. If you love octopus this is the best for a quick yet delicious meal! So much flavour and surprisingly tender. I love it in a salad with beans/grains, garlic, lemon and extra virgin olive oil. Yum!
Ok, so it's not the cheapest, but there is so much flavour in these meaty tentacles. I warned them through for a few minutes in a simple white wine pasta sauce (Google octopus alla Genovese from Pasta Project)
