Nice, but just nice

This is nicer than some of the reviews would suggest, but I was a bit disappointed that its only chocolate chunks and puffed rice. I usually expect marshmallows when I think of rocky road. The cookie is a bit weird too, more like a wafer than a cookie consistency.

So disappointing

I regularly purchase Hotel Chocolat products but this was a real disappointment. The chocolate didnt taste like the usual quality product and the crunchy bits made it seem like a cheap immitation.

Delicious of course

I cant believe all the negative reviews! This is absolutely delicious but as its a Hotel Chocolat product i knew it would be. The chocolate is rich and creamy and the puffed rice adds a nice crispy element. Theres nothing wrong with the cookie bit either. This didnt last long at all.

Its not as big as it looks! Just a bit bigger that a playing card. I thought it was going to be the size of an iPad! Because Im greedy...

so average

Other hotel chocolate slabs are so much better. The biscuit part is really hard and dry and adds nothing. The chocolate is ok but ruins by the bits of dry crunch from the biscuit. Hotel chocolat is normally rich and smooth and creamy

Inferior product

I usually like Hotel Chocolat products, but this was overly sweet. It tasted like a far inferior brand with more sugar than cocoa in fact. Very disappointing.
