This shallow pan allows the rice to cook at the right speed. Thicker and heavier than the plain stainless steel pans, the enamelled paella pans are coated with a black and white speckled, non-stick finish. They are easy to clean. don’t get rusty (there’s no need to use oil after use) and oven proof.
26 cm size (diameter) perfect for 2 people.

Instructions
Before using it for the first time, boil water in the pan.
Dry the pan immediately after washing. Apply oil on the surface until the next use.

It\x27s great
Apart from paella, I started cooking curries and stir-fries in this and using it as a serving plate to minimise washing up!
good pan for paella
Great for a small paella, tapas style, or medium size for 2, large for one. wash by hand after. very easy.

Perfect size for two. Made two normal size portions.
Not big enough for 2
It isn't big enough for 2 for a main meal. Nearly caused a fire on my gas hob when I put oil in it. I swapped back to a frying pan to make the paella.
For daintier appetites
This makes a paella big enough for two if you've had some other stuff before hand. And when they say "Do not wash in the dishwasher" they really mean it. Unfortunately it says that here and not on the pan itself, so mine is thoroughly rusted after one use.
Induction hobs...
I added this in a freebie promotion, it was only when it arrived I realised I hadn't checked if it was suitable for induction hobs... It says it isn't but it definitely works!
