Ingredients

5 total
  • 4 sprigs of oregano
  • 1 drizzle of balsamic vinegar
  • 1 drizzle of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 kg of black or red grapes, in bunches
  • 250 g of camembert (or brie)

Method

4 steps
  1. Step 1

Preheat oven to 220°C/200°C fan/gas 7. In a roasting tray, combine the grapes, oregano, a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Lightly toss to coat.

  2. Step 2

Pop in the oven for 8 mins, or until the grapes start to split.

  3. Step 3

Turn the bunches over and place the cheese among the grapes, torn into chunks. Drizzle with a little more oil and vinegar and return to the oven for 5 mins, until the cheese starts to melt.

  4. Step 4

Place the tray on the table to serve and let everyone dig in with fresh crusty bread.
