Ingredients
- 8 blackberries
- ½ lime, juiced
- 50ml chambord
- 1 handful ice cubes
- 200ml prosecco
- 2 sprigs rosemary
Method
Step 1
In a cocktail shaker or glass jar, muddle 6 blackberries, lime juice and the Chambord. Add ice and shake until combined.
Step 2
Strain into two glasses of your choice and top with prosecco. Garnish each drink with a sprig of rosemary and a blackberry.
