Ingredients
- 9 assorted petit pains
- 4½ Slices cold roast meat
- 50g thinly sliced or grated cheese
- 9 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 Stick celery , thinly sliced
- 3 spring onions , finely sliced
- 3 tsps mustard
Method
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200c/Gas6.
Step 2
Make a deep cut into each roll and then stuff with your own choice fillings – try ham, cheese and onion, or celery and cheese or turkey, mustard and tomato.
Step 3
Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes until crisp.
Step 4
Serve with salad leaves, chutneys and pickles.
