Tantalise your lunch time taste buds with this satisfyingly crunchy falafel sandwich.

Ingredients

  • 5 ciabatta rolls
  • 100g red pepper houmous
  • 200g Cauldron Falafel
  • 3 red peppers
  • 1 iceberg lettuce
  • 50g harissa paste

Method

Step 1

Cut the bread rolls in half.

Step 2

Spread the bottom half with the hummus to add moisture to the sandwich.

Step 3

Place the cooked falafel on top of the hummus and crush to release flavours.

Step 4

Slice peppers in to ¼ and rub with oil.

Step 5

Oven bake the peppers and leave to cool.

Step 6

Place on top of falafel and stack sandwich.

Step 7

Place lettuce on top of pepper.

Step 8

Rub harrisa on the top half of bread and cover, adding colour and flavour.
