Ingredients
- 50ml peated whisky
- 3 dashes bitters
- 1 sugar cube
- 1 lemon, zest, to garnish
- 1 handful ice cubes
Method
Step 1
Place sugar in a glass with 3 dashes of bitters. Crush and add whisky and ice, stir until sugar has dissolved.
Step 2
Garnish with lemon zest.
