Sweet, spicy and a lot of fun, this Tamarind Bloody Mary is the upgrade you didn’t know your cocktail list needed. Serve with a stack of pancakes for the ultimate brunch.

Ingredients

  • 60ml Smirnoff Tamarind Vodka
  • 1 lime, halved
  • 2 sticks celery
  • 250ml spicy tomato juice
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp chilli sauce, we like Cholula Original
  • 2 guindilla chillies
  • 2 pickled baby onions
  • 2 caperberries
  • 2 cooked tiger prawns
  • 2 gherkins

Method

Step 1

Fill 2 glasses with large ice cubes. Evenly pour over the vodka then squeeze over the lime juice and stir with the celery stick to chill.

Step 2

Pour over the tomato juice, Worcestershire sauce and chilli sauce, if using, and stir again.

Step 3

Thread 1 large cocktail stick with 1 chilli, onion, caperberry, prawn and gherkin then repeat to make a second.

Step 4

Top each cocktail with the garnish and enjoy.
