Mexican chicken fajitas, an irresistible meal in minutes.

  • 1 sachet fajita seasoning mix
  • 1 pack tortillas
  • 1 bottle medium salsa
  • 1 tub sour cream
  • 1 bottle guacamole
  • 1 jar jalapenos, sliced
  • 450g chicken breast , cut into thin strips
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 green pepper and 1 red pepper, sliced


Step 1

Coat chicken in oil and fajita Seasoning.

Step 2

Heat a heavy based frying pan until very hot and add chicken.

Step 3

Fry for about 3 minutes until well browned.

Step 4

Add onion and peppers and cook for a further 2 minutes or until the meat is cooked.

Step 5

Serve with warm tortillas, salsa, soured cream, guacamole style topping and jalapenos, roll up and enjoy!
