  • 2 blueberries
  • 8 strawberries
  • 1 kiwi fruit
  • 3 tbsp natural yogurt
  • 1 banana
  • ¾ carton pressed apple juice


Step 1

Wash and peel the fruit then roughly chop and combine in a blender along with the chilled apple juice and yoghurt. Serve immediately.
