Ingredients
- 50g stems of mixed soft herbs (mint, parsley, basil, dill and coriander work well)
- 50ml olive oil
- 25ml pine nuts
- 25g parmesan
- 1 garlic clove, sliced
- ¼ lemon, juiced
- ½ salt
Method
Step 1
In a food processor blitz together all the ingredients until smooth, then store in a sealed container in the fridge. Use in dips, pastas, sauces, or even freeze for later.
