Ingredients
- 300g pasta , such as spaghetti or linguine
- 7 tbsp Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise
- 200g smoked salmon
- 100g low fat yogurt
- 15g capers
- 10g Parmesan
- 1 tbsp dill , chopped
Method
Step 1
Mix the mayonnaise with the capers and the chopped dill.
Step 2
Slice the smoked salmon and add to the sauce.
Step 3
Cook the pasta, drain, add the sauce and stir well.
Step 4
Add a pinch of pepper and the Parmesan on top, and serve with green salad and sliced tomatoes. To increase your fibre intake use wholegrain pasta.
