Ingredients
- ½ white cabbage (approx. 400g), finely sliced
- 6 radishes, topped, tailed and finely sliced
- 1 salad onion, finely sliced
- 1 tsp thyme leaves or ½ tsp dried thyme
- ½ scotch bonnet chilli, deseeded and finely sliced (optional)
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
Method
Step 1
Combine the cabbage, radish, salad onion, thyme, scotch bonnet chilli and oil in a saucepan with 50ml water and ½ tsp salt and a little black pepper. Place over a medium-high heat for 2-3 mins, stirring until warmed through.
Step 2
Reduce the heat to low, cover and leave to steam for 10 mins until softened, then serve.
