A great way to use up left over turkey or chicken for a protein rich and healthy lunch!

  • 200g brie, or your preference of blue cheese, sliced.
  • 2 good handfuls spinach
  • 1 small handful pistachios, optional
  • 1 small handful cranberries, optional
  • 4 tbsp Rubies in the Rubble Pear, Fig and Port Chutney
  • 4 tortilla wraps


Step 1

Place the tortilla on a microwave safe plate. Add the brie pieces side by side to cover a wide strip down the middle of the tortilla. Microwave on high for 10-20 seconds, or until brie is slightly melted.

Step 2

Add the spinach and sprinkle of pistachios and cranberries.

Step 3

Finish off with a generous dollop of Rubies Pear Fig & Port Chutney.

Step 4

Roll the wraps tightly and enjoy.
