Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 4 tbsp Hellmann's Light Mayonnaise
- 60g Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp dry breadcrumbs
- ½ tsp oregano
Method
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 210°C.
Step 2
Combine the Hellmann's Light Mayonnaise with the cheese in a bowl.
Step 3
Arrange the chicken on baking tray. Evenly top with the mayonnaise mixture, then sprinkle with the bread crumbs and herbs.
Step 4
Bake for 20 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked and serve with your favourite veggies and rice.
