Garofalo PlayStation Special Edition Pasta 500g

Pasta is a game to play together; create Garofalo Play Your Pasta with tomatoes and Mozzarella.


Ingredients for 2 people: 
180g Garofalo Play Your Pasta
150g mozzarella, cut into small cubes
100g cherry tomatoes
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt to taste
Basil to taste
 
 
Method:
Bring a large pan of water to the boil and cook the Garofalo Play Your Pasta for 12 minutes, as stated on the pack. 
Cut the cherry tomatoes into quarters and place in a large bowl, adding olive oil and salt to taste. 
Cut the mozzarella into small cubes. 
Drain the pasta well and stir together with the mozzarella and tomatoes. 
Serve with a few basil leaves and some pepper to finish.
