Very Good Flour
I always buy Leckford Flour, it's always fresh and fine, and I've never had a problem with flat Yorkshire's or white sauce that won't thicken when using this, which I've had with other plain flours on occasion. I know it's a little bit more expensive but it's really worth not having the disappointment of a failed bake.
best of the best
This is a great flour. Every bake weve made with this flour has come out a success. They say baking is like science but have to say this is the first flour I found that gives excellent results all time round. Ive used it for American and South African baking recipes with same success.
The best plain flour.
This is simply the one of the best plain flour. Fantastic in cooking and baking!
I've been buying this flour for quite some time and it's been perfectly fine for baking but I've recently noticed the last couple of bags I've used have had flour mites in them. And usually just the last bit I use. Now, flour doesn't stick around long in my house as we bake a lot but I will not be buying this flour anymore as I don't get mites with any of the other flour I buy.
I use it for baking bread, cakes, muffins, cookies and cooking. I like this big pack.
Very nice flour
This is very nice flour, I use it in all sorts of cakes and sourdough bread along with Leckford strong flour and/or some wholegrain flours. It makes lovely fluffy cakes and pastries and adds softness to my bread. I particularly like the fact it's grown in the UK so hopefully doesn't have the carbon footprint of some other flours.
